Carved on a CNC from 1/8" plywood using a 60deg vbit for the tiki face and 1/8" ball nose bit for the profile cuts.
This actually caused the plywood to be lifted up by the bit while carving. I need to get a 1/8" down cut end mill for working with this flexible of material.
I had to modify the file a bit adding dog bones to the slots (you can't cut a square hole with a round bit)
It was my first attempt at doing joinery with the CNC and I am happy with how it turned out.
I need to clean up the file a bit. A few of the slots and tabs are not quite the right size and required a bit of sanding and trimming to fit.
I also want to make a larger version for games that use more dice.
