Ik had to generate new turbine segment stl's. I use a 0.4 mm nozzle and the thickness of 1 wall is 0.35 mm thick. The default settings resulted in a gap between the outer and the inner wall.
I changed the following parameters in the Turbine02.03.02.scad file.
//You may need to tinker with these slightly to get a good push fit between the plug and socket pieces of the blade segments
shell_os = 0.35*6; //Changed. Thickness of the blade skin. 0.35 mm per line, 3 lines on the front, 3 lines on the back.
plug_os = 0.35*7; //Changed. Difference between the blades outer skin & the plug

What generator are you using with this? Would like to figure out a way to charge a couple of RV batteries to power my 3d printers
To get a Forced fit, (saves you time and money) just heat it up using a lighter for 3secs and push it together until they tuck in ;)
