Printed in Nylon Alloy 910, 95 percent grid infill, 6.75 mm tall, .2 resolution. Perfect for 9mm length motor screws (which I randomly have a lot of). Frame is solid with a little flex under pressure. I doubt this thing would break, even in a tumbling crash. Hard crash, not sure.
The canopy is also printed in Nylon Alloy 910. I probably could have made my stack a little shorter but these were the only standoffs I had. As pictured, it comes in at 120 grams. Carbon fiber would be significantly lighter than nylon, and could be a great little racer.
I intend to first tune the quad and dial it in for hitting those gates. We will see how long it survives.
