Did you print that on a Prusa? You must have your settings dialed in well!
Yes on MK2. Honnestly, once I stopped using slic3r (with included profile for prusa), and went over to Cura (very simplistic interface, nothing fancy) .. all prints way better than before! (I'm printing the figurines in PLA , 02 Layer height, 240° - 100°, 100 % speed) a bit higher t° than normal, but is sticks better that way :-)
Wow! I've never gotten the chance to play with slicers much. Is it original MK2? Those are a lot better than a cheap ebay kit...
Yes it's the Original Prusa i3 MK2 (in kit) from Prusa webshop. Nothing major changed, only added fancy stuff. (pass filament, spool holder, fan covers, and so on .. to pimp it a bit :-) ) [Only major thing I did is to upgrade it to latest frimware :-D]
Still a great print! I don't actually have a printer of my own yet, but I'm thinking of buying one on a cheap budget. Maybe a prusa. They're quite popular! I've also been eyeing the kossel and just found an awesome printer called the reprap helios. Check it out!
Woow, I like the principle a lot! .. nice one ..
Yeah, it's pretty sweet! Within a couple weeks, it went from a concept to a printing prototype. The creator also brought us the Reprap Wally and Reprap Simpson, none of which use Cartesian or Delta motion. He's a real geek!
