This is my second go. The first one didn't come out well at all. Lowered the extruder down to 180 and the lettering still came out bad.
UPDATE: Made the adjustments you recommended & although the lettering came out much better, the above happened on the hook-over. I filed down what I could but when I gave it a little excessive pressure to "snap down" over the acrylic, it came loose a bit. You can see from the last picture it's up there & seems to be holding on quite well.
Once I get a handle on this whole Cura stuff and all the settings I'll give it another whirl.
