Scale: 118% in the X and Y direction, 75% in the Z direction. Used S3D to scale the eyes and pupils in the same way. I was happy to learn that the proportions remain the same before and after rotation. I separated the eyes into two meshes and rotated by 13 degrees so the flat parts could sit on the print bed.
There's enough room in the base to fill the infill voids with airsoft pellets. Now it makes noise when you shake it!
