After a year of running my Prusa mk2 (now with the multimaterial upgrade), I noticed the trapezoidal nuts had worn a bit loose, so I printed two of these in nylon bridge filament like you recommended. I couldn't be more impressed. They slipped on perfectly the first time, with practically no friction, and held snug so there's no play anymore. This is my first time using nylon filament and what a great first experience. Thank you! Now I get to see how long they last, but intuition is suggesting they'll be good for a while. I already printed a second pair just in case I need a replacement sooner than I expect.
My settings: 30 mm/s, 245C nozzle, 60C bed, glue stick, 0.95 extrusion multiplier, 4mm retraction (for the bowden tube), 3 perimeters, no enclosure.
