A specially thank you to the author of this original design for the book box, it greatly assisted with making my vision become real.
I wanted a box that would hold my Raspberry PI (which is configured to run RetroPi Arcade).
I added raised text and logos to the front cover and side binding pages.
For the back cover (inside), I added mounts to hold the PC Board and the board cover.
For the pages, I added holes for the connector ports and a power switch to the top. On the side, I added a hole for the wires to come out incase it was left on the shelf.
To protect the HDMI cable connector from getting ripped off the board, I added an "U" shaped bracket to hold the cable in place. This allows the cable to be pulled straight out, but also prevents it from lifting from the board.
The book was printed in PLA (copper Hatchbox and white Hatchbox). Took about 10 hrs for each of the pieces on a Prusa i3 MK3 printer.
I used name brand Super Glue to glue all the parts together.
