Took me 3 months.
My friend printed most of it on an I3 clone.
It seemed like I was forever tracking down metric screws.
A really fun build and a start to a cool new hobby.
Constantly working on and rebuilding/modifying my Clone of the 1.5, like your y axis, do you have a list of the parts on the y Axis, like the nice wide placement of the rods.
How are your printing settings? still trying to get mine dialed in.
At the time i was waiting for a friend to print parts for it, and i got a little impatient. So I made those little clips under the y out of aluminum with a small mill/drill machine. But printed parts would work the same.
If you loosen everything off you can adjust the width of the rods as everything slides in the 2020. After you true it up it runs super strait.
The only thing you don't see is 2 aluminum strips supporting the bed. I used 1/4" x 1" and drilled a bunch of holes in it to make it lighter.
I print abs at about 235C with the speed at 50,50,100 or so. (V6 light)
