Thank you for the great model.
I scaled this up so the inner width is 25mm and printed it as a replacement buckle for my backpack. Works great, and seems pretty robust, even when printed in PLA!
I used the PLA that came with my printer at 200 degrees C, heated bed at 60 degrees C.
I printed the female part standing, the male part lying flat. I only used the odd support here and there.
Seeing how well bridging worked on the one part I forgot to support, I definitely recommend anyone whose setup is ok at bridging to try it out without supports: just stand up the female part, and put the male part flat on its back.
I have some minor stringing/beading issues in my setup that I'm still in the process of ironing out. You might be able to see some of that in the picture.
