This is definitely the most fun I've had with my 3D printer. The finish work consists of lots of sanding, filler putty, and paint. It's not rocket science.
I love the fact that nearly every piece fit on the bed of my Mini. Only one piece needed to be split. It goes together really well with a lot of good design decisions. The only part that's a little odd is the barrel shroud which didn't really seem to connect well with the inner pieces. A little bit of epoxy putty to fill the extra space and provide a glue bond did the trick there.
