I printed this upside down with minimal supports. Unfortunately the supports at the base were too minimal and I will have to repair the top of the helmet later.
The Aerator nozzle also struggled without supports but this was an additional 20 minute print to print one separately and glue on afterwards.
At a resolution of 0.25 and 10% infill. The print took exactly 41 hours (although Simplyfy 3D suggested 33 hours - sigh!). Again the slicer suggested a 600g usage but I appear to still have nearly half the spool left.
I doubt if I will reprint this again ( this was more a large scale test for the CR10S) but if I did I would improve base supports and increase additional retraction settings to reduce zits on the surface.
1.Make sure there is enough supports at the base if printing upside down.
2.Do not worry about support for the aerator nozzle and print separately afterwards.
