I got the straps from Nick-a-tron props. Sadly he is no longer trading but you could probably make these fairly easily.
Used these for the lenses and ordered 20mm and 25mm versions.
Glued thin rubber O rings to the lenses to appear that they have a rubber edge to them. I just got these from Homebase.
Purchased a pack of these for the poppers at the side. I can't remember the size though:
Ordered the flashing LED off of eBay as well. I can't remember the one that I actually ordered but iif you search for 'pre wired flashing LED' you should find something appropriate. This was pre wired with a battery mount/holder so there was no need to do any soldering. I then just drilled a hole and glued it in.
Paints wise I just got an army green colour paint from Homebase which I used as the base coat for the body (after filling, sanding, undercoating etc) and I then put a black wash from Games Workshop all over it and dabbed it off in places so it mostly sat in the recesses.
For the worn metal finish I used a dark bolt gun metal acrylic around most of the edges first and then picked out the corners with a bright silver.
On the lens stems I sprayed these silver/chrome first and then masked most of the left stem before spraying black. I used the black wash again to make them look a bit greasy and then put on a brown wash to give the appearance of rust/grime.
Stickers/decals were off of eBay as well but I can't find the seller I used for these as I've had them a while and came on a sheet of Proton Pack stickers.
I wanted to make my goggles look well used and scuffed which I think I achieved.
Thanks to the designer for uploading this model, it was a fun build.
