I'll note, the rear shocks are mounted on the wrong side of the shock mount.

I just have this question
How can you let the parts move smoothly without friction?
I tried to loosen the screws but still there are frictions.
I should also tell you that I found the torque damper to be pretty essential. I tested the replacement gear that I posted, and it worked--But the car didn't last long and literally all 4 axles broke. --I think I found a spring though, it should get here wednesday then I can update the files with the torque damper.
Additionally, I am unsure of how the car will hold up with those large tires. Have you driven it yet? the tires I use have an OD of 85mm
You’re right the axels couldn’t hold up those large tires and keeps breaking even though using with strongest filament Nylon.
I hope to see some updates in future. It’s so cool driving it.
Also I guess the axels needs some improvement to hold up more with higher speed.
Update: I found a torque damper spring--Check the BOM--The car is much better with the damper axles don't break as much.

Sure, I can't do it now because i'm super busy with final exams, but in the meantime I'll say this:
The torque damper replaces the output gear on the gearbox ( the larger gear ). It is just two printed parts [ Labeled "torque damper" on the downloads page ] and a spring [ linked in the BOM ].
They go together in only one way and that can be seen in the YouTube video at time-code 1:06: https://youtu.be/fneoYrtdVjo?t=65

This is because the parts are fresh. After you drive the car it will become smooth. Yes it will be quite stiff before you drive it.
