Sliced in Cura and printed in PLA at a scale of 150%.
All parts (L&R) glued together using 2 component resin glue, gaps at connections filled with filament (using 3D printing pen) and sanded using dremel and sandpaper.
So far I have printed only 3 vertebraes (T1-T3).
To avoid sticking parts of off the hot bed I had to use rafts instead of brim or skirt.
Due to fact that models are separated vertically (thanks for that :-)), printing is relatively easy. I have used only touching buildplate supports (Zig-Zag).
Printed using following parameters:
- nozzle 0.4mm
- nozzle temp 220^C
- hot bed temp 68^C (capton)
- speed 60mm/s
- resolution 0.3mm
- fan 100% (except 1st layer)
