Printed one in original size and scaled down the other one 50 percent. Worked like a charme. ❤

Looks fantastic!! Glad you were able to scale it so small. Usually the walls become too thin to slice. What was your nozzle diameter? What program did you use to slice it?
I've got a 0.4 Nozzle on the Tevo Flash and used CURA to size it to 50 percent. Made a short clip, where you can see the big and the small one in action:
I've changed the filament from 0.25 to 0.15 and the infill from 25 to 15.
Printed fast (!) and smooth. :) I believe both parts needed together ~ one hour.
EXCELLENT!!!! The video looks great!! Thank you for the quick response. We're using simplify3d for most of our printing but it can get confused when slicing thin walls that are near or under the diameter of the nozzle. I've used cura a few years ago but its changed dramatically since then. It's time to take a second look.
