miniEngine Version 2 Case 1.0
Made by gunnerk, uploadedDescription
Preface - Totally new to 3D printing. The only problem I had with the design was the main nob would not fit the rotary encoder (probably a printer issue). Other things to note would be, possible trouble finding the correct RJ45 female jacks, trouble finding the small nuts to sink into the recessed holes on the bottom plate, and getting everything to fit into the compact space. Overall, the design is very good, and once you get everything inside, your electronics fit nicely with a solid finished feel.
Here are the screws and nuts I used and designed for:

I can also redesign the knob, so it fits better.
Thanks for sharing, I will be sure to add your notes to the things to fix when I redesign it for the next version. Something to know about the ethernet jacks, dont run your endstops down the same wire as the motors. If the wire is long, it picks up interference from the motors and constantly stops the engine.
