Unfortunately, the Mistral collides with my hotend, so the two blobs you can see on the heat bed are from the Mistral. At least they were blown off quite well. And the fitting sensor holder unfortunately doesn't fit to my extruder fan hinge. I'll try the open source clone called "Spriya" and I'll probably have to design my own sensor holder. But thanks anyway, I really like the idea of the design. Smoke tests went well, too. Too sad that it doesn't actually fit to my printer. Just had the idea that it might work if I turn around the hotend heater, I'll give it a try.
Another few improvement suggestions: tbe plate of the sensor holder might be a bit thinner, and maybe have the place of the Mistral spared out. You might want to add some support structures to the inside of the Mistral, just to the connection part, to make sure that the bridges don't make the part too small when hanging down. Although I've welded them flat, it was too small and broke.
Anyway, I'll just turn around the hotend heater block and see what happens...
