I added another design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1718731) to start the wind mill at low wind speeds and it worked so well that I added multiple sections. It's driving a peristaltic pump (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8652) through a set of planetary gearboxes (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3577013) with mixed in 3d printed bearings (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2194668) and it lifts a small amount of water at sufficient wind speeds.
