I have quite the screw assortment... but still nothing this small. I wound up using a paper clip, snipping the ends, and bending them over. I did slightly enlarge the holes first with a pin vise drill. Used a metal rasp/file to sand where the two pieces meet to help make opening and closing smoother. Otherwise lined up really well.
