Support around the fan shroud are a bit tricky but the rest prints pretty easy. Part Cooling at 25%, temp 260C 110 Bed. Printtime 9h with 20% infill (was just a testprint).
the PCB holder is really great as the PCB just snaps into place without any screws.
It is not yet fully printed - but I assume the other parts are even far easier to print. I will do the rest as well including a short mounting review.
The slicer pictures is showing the two critical areas I spottet so far. Shroud needs lots of support and without proper cooling it deforms. Same for the overhang of the other part - risk is that via this toplay deformation (thin and hot) the nozzle might run into it and moves the piece. I had it until I set the FAN speed to 25% - you might also just print slower...
Update: added clipholder and Gearlever (30min print)
Update: Fanduct aded (3h print) and measured the carriage with 125gramms
Update: Added a comparison V1.0 to V1.1 fan shroud is now much easier and better to print!
Note: Printimes are with 0.2 layerheight and 0.4mm nozzle
