HOLDER FOR PAPER TOWELS

Hello,

I'm designed next usable thing to your kitchen, or place where you use paper towel in different length or center diameter (all producers of paper towels use their own dimensions / diameters)

Vertical or horizontal instalation.
Fully sliding and easily replaceable! optimized for 3D printing!
next step of tidy kitchen.

Only what you need is 2x flat head screw M4 x 18 + 2x M4 pad + 4x M4 nut
and 3,5 wood screws or dowels + screws / it depents on material where you want to attach holders.

you can find 10 printable parts:

LEFT SIDE:
1x sliding profile short (0,7 hod)
1x left holder (6,4 hod)
1x left socket (0,3 hod)
1x pad (0,1hod)
1x centric holder (1,2hod)
printing profile: 0,2 layer

1x flat head M4*18
1x M4 pad
2x M4 nuts

LEFT SOCKET screwed by flat head screw M4 with PAD and CENTRIC HOLDER closed by M4 PAD + 2* M4 nuts

RIGHT SIDE:
1x sliding profile long (1,4 hod)
1x right holder (6,4 hod)
1x right socket (0,3 hod)
1x pad (0,1hod)
1x centric holder (1,2hod)
printing profile: 0,2 layer

1x flat head M4*18
1x M4 pad
2x M4 nuts

RIGHT SOCKET screwed by flat head screw M4 with PAD and CENTRIC HOLDER closed by M4 PAD + 2x M4 nuts

When you use still same paper towel, you can use only shorts profile - looks better.

I'm design handcuff box like a present to my friend which came to marriage. Use is focus on jewelry or some small things which have to be covered before dust!

11 parts inside, in assembly is glue needed.

Printed from Colorfabb PLA white and Colorfabb Woodfill optimized for 3D printing.

Cover is really thin, is necesarry to print carefully with optimized speed and maximum layer what is possible.

ROLLER GUIDE SYSTEM

I'm developed and design roller system - fitted to case W: 28cm H: 28cm, because many plastics bags with breads looks horrible!

Now my kitchen looks more luxury! No more bags looks out from the case!

I'm tried to do an optimized shape for 3D printing, especially is setup for 0.4 nozzle system. 2 times drive around the shape and next layer. Optimized for the nozzle, speed, material needs.

You can find parts:
1 Guide: rails, turns, ends
1 Roll: Mainpart, Holder+end, Closure End part

I made a bigger portfolio of formats for you. Designed in Autodesk Inventor.
Formats: .igs, .stp .ipt

Version 1: Shape = S / 0.8mm of Shell / no problem for printing stability!
Version 2: Is not stable for printing, in higher positions is melted by the extruder. I will work on it to optimize!

Printing time and process:
Based on quality what was required is printing time really low and used a middle fan. Bigger transport speed can drop down the parts, especially big risky is in the higher places of the part!

Material: Colorfabb black PLA
Layer: 0,1mm
Temperature: between proposed temp from producer of material
Time: 1Roll: 3,45hours
I advise doing bigger BRIM for better sticking to bed.

I'm printed:
ROLLS: 32 + 2 holders + 2 closures
GUIDE RAILS: 12 mid + 12 end + 4 turn
In total aprox 70 hours of printing.

So, I hope that will helpfully also for your open cases at your home!

In further question feel free to contact me.

Would be nice if you will connect on my facebook page, which is actualized with freshly printed things and photos!
