Fish Fossilz are an amazing one piece print that wriggles, twists and bends in all directions. It's an easy print that only uses about 13gm of filament (with recommended settings).

Fish Fossilz have proven to be hugely popular so, as some people have been using them as a Key Fob (with the key ring through the eye) an additional "Fob" type has been added. This has a fitting at the end of the tail to attach it to the key ring. This should make it less bulky and more visible as a key fob (Download Fob .stl file version).

If you like this design you may also be interested in my 'Snakez' which is another super bendy flexible print. View it / download it at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1709106

Do not use support as that could stop the joints printing separately / free. Raft is recommended as it helps with removal from the build plate and ensures you can break away the bones without damage.

As soon as the Raft is removed 'Fish Fossilz' should be super flexi.... bend twist and wriggle. Another great fun example of what is possible with 3D printing.

Visually, OpenSCAD is different from other types of 3D modeling programs. It’s a simple declarative computer language that was built specifically for designing 3D printable models. By modifying existing OpenSCAD code for a wavy nametag, students will explore parameters, dimensions, “for” loops, translations, and boolean operations.

This clips works with the 5L, the 11L and the 22L boxes and their lids.
The clips have a little wedge sticking out that holds the clips firmly in place when the boxes are stacked on top of each other.
When 2x 5L boxes are stacked side by side on top of the 11L or the 22L box, you need to place the clips so that they are slightly off, so that they don't hit each other in between the boxes.
You can leave the clips on the lid in one side, and simply open up and detach the lid.
IKEA sells similar clips for the bigger SAMLA boxes, but they don't work with the smaller ones.

I remodeled it to have negative and draft characters, so no need for supports. Also no need for part cleaning, and the central tube is a standard 1" PVC tube.

UPDATE: I've included my version #2 for 32mm water PVC tube. This is the white and pink smaller assembly showed in the pics. Also prints faster (~3,5h).

UPDATE: Take care, version 1 is for 25mm tube, not 25.4mm. The modeled internal diameter of the wheels are 25.6mm . So if you use the 1" tube, please scale the part in X and Y to increase the gap, otherwise it won't turn.
Version 2 is for 32mm tube, wheel's hole is 32.6mm

UPDATE: Someone asked for a '=' wheel with '> <' signs so I did it for the 32mm version. STL available now.
