Filament Storage Solution (wstein)
Filament Quick Change Roller (Tony_D)

I liked wstein's Ikea box storage solution but the roller wheel system makes it much easier to change one of the spools.

Still not perfect: the rolls tend to "derail" sometimes, especially when the box is not filled completely. I have ordered some 608ZZ ball-bearings online and plan to use 4 of these and two pieces of PVC tube, instead of the small roller wheels. That way, all the spools will roll together, but probably smoother. If it works, I'll post an update!

Now with my 3D printer I can print replacement hooks! There was still a problem though. The printed hooks break rather easily. This is now fixed by printing the hooks with a hole in the middle, in which a steel nail is fitted! Drawn with BricsCAD.

You can modify the sizes, and choose to build a model of the Atomium building or just the iron atom.

The model is probably not very suitable for printing, it will require lots of support material. I'm planning to make an alternative version with separate parts, for easier printing.

UPDATE: there seemed to be a problem in the Customizer, it appears not to accept decimal values. Changed parameters to integer values, now it works.
