            <title>scanner for phone camera</title>

the side spring/ratchet pawl is easily placed into position after you insert the rod, by spreading the prongs apart to slide over the rod and into position.<br>
i included a little holder piece onto the rod to keep it from warping up as it did without it.. but it easily come off after printing. </p>

the cutters hav a socket built in for the included ratchets ( ratchet is remix of clevins pocket ratchet).<br>
the ratchets rotate inward toward the cutters. obviously you would move both ratchets inward at the same time. but.. having added the cutter ratchet stop you could actualy just turn 1 cutter if u want.<br>
i added a ratcheting/spring mechanism to keep the cutters from moving backward as you move the ratchet handle back getting reading for another handle ratchet turn forward.</p>
<p>this could be used for shredding kitchen food to add to compost bin. which is why i made it.<br>
or shredding veggies for salads, salsa,<br>
smoothies, etc. for food use food safe pla.</p>
<p>use near 100 percent infill for strength for the cutters and ratchet springs. the others can be lower. </p></div>]]></description>

i included both cutters in one file  for for convenience and separately for those that want to print one at a time.</p>
<p>i added a ratcheting socket crank (remix of clevens pocket wrench design) so you dont have to turn all way around as with regular socket , wrench, or crank.<br>
i included a hand crank for those of you who prefer it.<br>
i also added a cutter with the socket built in, on the end. i liked this idea for the reason that the ratchet handle can get closer to the gear for better torque.</p>

the box with a little twisting back and forth. then your good to go.<br>
i have cut flats on the shaft at the places where it needs freeing, cuz this is where the<br>
filament adhered the most and made it the hardest to free.  the flats on the shaft don't affect </p>
<p>i included a crank. but maybe you can use a 17 mm wrench or adjustable or socket.</p>
<p>the turning of the shaft in the hole in the box.</p>

            <description><![CDATA[<div style="margin: 5px;"><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2332360"><img src="https://cdn.thingiverse.com/renders/94/02/a6/cb/96/bb849f57bdbbf06de5fff46077e03657_preview_large.jpg" alt="" class="render" style="width: 240px; height: 180px" /></a><br/></div><div><p>this is a variation of my tube squeezer. it uses a spring tension and ratchet mechanism also.   with this one you turn the spring to tighten the tube.    the spring and rod are one piece and so you will have to meticulously pick out the supports from inside the spring are but will not be a problem.  i used 60% infill for the spring piece but u are free to try others. use supports on all but the cap.  and use raft and supports for the rod/spring as it is laid long wise along the table.  the rod spring and an added support on the end to keep it from rising off the bed but will come off easy after printing.</p></div>]]></description>

the spring printed easy with round facing the table. just use raft and supports.<br>
the cap needs no support, flat side down.<br>
i layed  the frame with a flat side to the table and use supports, no raft.</p></div>]]></description>

the base is printable in one piece.<br>
