I have a question about an order I placed or would like to request a refund:
Orders placed on Thingiverse are fulfilled by 3rd Party Apps, not Thingiverse. To ask a question about
your order, go to your order history, and select "Question about your Order" or
"Request a Refund" from the Order Options.
When will my order ship?:
Your order has to first be 3D printed and shipped, which can take a few days. Because all items have to
go through the 3D printing process, orders typically take between 5-10 days to arrive. If your order is
late, go to your order history, and select "Question about your Order" in order
to message the 3rd Party App that is fulfilling your order as Thingiverse and Makerbot do not fulfill
orders.
I would like to cancel/change my order:
Because all orders are 3D printed on-demand after orders are placed, orders cannot be canceled or
changed after it has been 3D printed. If it has not been 3D printed yet, modifications may still be
possible. To find out, go to your order history, and select
"Question about your Order" in order to message the 3rd Party App that is fulfilling your order as
Thingiverse and Makerbot do not fulfill orders.
