This is a clock.
Here numbers become directry clock face, so font design (Trajan) of the numbers determines design of this clock.

Also the face is rounded as part of sphere.

There is another version of this clock.

I bought the clock movement from Amazon Japan (3.20$)

Dimentions of it are 55×55×16 mm.

Some parts were updated (body, face, arrow, arrow2(wider)).


I am using DaVinci 1.0 3D printer by XYZ printing.

Layer pitch is 0.3mm.
Normal speed and normal shell thickness.

No raft. No support.
With stick paste(Tombow, Shiwanashi PIT).

480 minutes to print. 60 minutes for shaping, constructing and sanding.
40m for ABS.

Use jig to place numbers to correct position

Other parts,
1 clock movement module (typically 3-4$)
1 AA battery

Also if you have ø3.7 and ø5.5 hand reamers, they should help you to make hole on arrows accurately.

Love this clock but can't figure out how to put it together. Could you tell me where to start? I printed this last night with Translucent Purple PLA and it was perfect. Have ordered some clock mechanisms. I really love this clock. Liked it even more after printing the numbers. They look nice and different.

You can start from the 2 parts.

  1. Take ftont face and body parts, and adhere them by instant adhesive (or something good one for PLA).
  2. Place jig on a table, then place center part to center.
  3. Take part "3", and set it at right. After confirming there is no burr, adhere the part "3" to center.
  4. Do same thing on part "6", "9" and "12".
  5. Insert clock unit to the center part from backside, and lock it up by a nut.
  6. After removing barr from center cap, set it to the center part by double sided tape, if necessary.
  7. After removieng barr form 2 arrows (you may need taper reamer to do this), set them to shaft of the clock unit.
  8. Adjust gaps of hour arrow. If it is too short to center parts, it should stuck in the numbers,
    and if it is too short to min. arrow, it also stuck in min. arrow.
  9. Set AA battery, that is all.

Also I took a video, but some sequences are wrong. please refer to above order.
