Summary

My own version of an 18650 dispenser that doesn't need to hang off the edge of a table or shelf nor require a heavy object to keep it from toppling over.
It's base is a little chunkier, which provides room for a finger or two to pick the battery out even when placed in the middle of a desk.

It's designed to require as little print supports as possible, so I've chosen to not make this as minimalist as other dispensers as it would have require more supports to be printed thus wasting plastic and adding no strength. Only two supports are required, one under each vertical overhang in front of the curved part of the tray.

+update+

-Rotated the model so it's facing the correct way when importing.

-Added a slightly wider version for those who use protected batteries

Just a thought, but I think a version that would require no supports is possible if you cut off the bottom half or 2/3 of those horizontally overhanging pieces at an angle, so that we're just printing a ~35° overhang instead of a horizontal line.

Yeah that's a good point, and BrYen2k has made a remix of mine doing pretty much just that.

Thanks for pointing that out! I'll give it a look and see if it fits (or can be made to fit) protected batteries, too.
