What printer are you using?

Thanks for the extensive guide! I usually import the images into Tinkercad directly with the Image Creator shape generator. Stretch the height of the 3d rendering very high, and mask with two large box holes so you leave an 1 mm slice at the desired position. Select all, group and save the object as stl. The Image creator is quite resource heavy, so importing the produced stl into an empty project before further editing in Tinkercad saves a lot of headache.
