Those pesky F623ZZ bearings simply do not exist where i live ( and are way more expensive than the normal 623ZZ) ,on a closer look, you can reproduce the flanged side really easily with 3d printed parts, so here you go! Plastic Flanges!
Dead simple print, you may need some FORCE™ to socket the bearings, use a rubber mallet.
