Nanibirds are the creation of Josh McKible and are originally paper based 3D Modells. You can download a batch from Joshs website at http://www.nanibird.com

Ever since I saw these fellas for the first time, I fell in love with them and even organised a little mass production in our local hackerspace in Hamburg: http://www.baustelle-hamburg.de

If you make modifications to Nanibirds, please make sure that you honor the original license which can be found at http://www.nanibird.com

This is the STL model only. I have not been able to print it yet, but results in ReplicatorG with support turned on look promising. It remains to be seen whether the feet are tall enough to support the body. Paper nanibirds tend to fall over on their head sometimes.

Future modifications would include to put a small Atmel controller inside to drive LEDs or whatsoever.
