hi,
can you make the thin wall a little bigger, it breaks if my son stay on it :-)

greetings smuk

I uploaded a modified version with increased wall thickness. Let me know if this works for you!

You mean the vertical part which guides the train wheels? I'll have a look and make the modification later this week.

yes the vertical .. i have a screenshot with markers, look here .. i am to new in scad to understand yours .. but i will learn :-) https://www.dropbox.com/s/j33vnrzfq5k4t0n/rail.PNGhttps://www.dropbox.com/s/j33v...

Okay, that's exactly the part which I have expanded in the files I uploaded yesterday, see http://www.thingiverse.com/download:359683http://www.thingiverse.com/dow...
Give it a try and let me know if it works for you.

Nice! Smart support-less solution with the connection-arm without sacrificing Duplo brick press-on compatibility.

I've been making duplo train tracks as well like this hexagon crossing:

Made a straight train track also, but haven't got the time to build the curved one. Now I don't have to anymore ;-)

Thanks. I'll be sure to print your hexagon, it looks great!

These tracks and my straight ones as well serve as a starting point for more interesting things (just like you write in your hexagon description). I really think duplo needs some more stuff like ramps etc. so that trains can climb onto coffee tables... That's work in progress :-)
