My heated bed has two thermistor wires and two power wires to the heated bed. I have had prints abort and not start because in one case the thermistor wire broke, the sanity check cut off the heat to the bed and the part popped off half way through.

In another case the power wire broke and the print refused to start.

I have taped the wires together and this seems to have lessened the flexion some. But what I need is something that will support the wires and stop them from flexing.

I have thought of printing a plastic part. But it would have to be in contact with the heated bed. Nothing I could print would be heat resistant enough to attach to the heated bed. If I tried to use a metal psrt it might short the power.

As far as I can tell, the part here provides an abrasion shield. But by attaching the wires to the sheild, it would tend to cause the wire bundle to flex at the connections to the heated bed even more? Or do I not understand the setup?
