Just what I was looking for. I just ordered some more Orange Filament the other day so I could try and make some Jack-O'-Lanterns for Halloween. Now I will try to print these out when my filament arrives on Monday. Can never have enough Halloween decorations. :)

I've tried three times to print this with both the settings as listed and with max supports. I either end up with it printing in space creating spaghetti or looking like he's missing all of his front teeth. When I rotate it 90 degrees on the xz axis, it prints standing up. Is this suppose to print some other way?

So did you guys print these on the side as shown on the preview or stand them up right ?

Great fun. Thanks for sharing. Kids loved printing all three. Curious, do you have files for one or more of the pumpkins without face cutouts. They would love to experiment with making their own faces in meshmixer as its easy for them to draw and modify.

Hi @boyermike
Your pumpkings looks great! I am glad you printed it. :-D

I will add a *stl. file withouth faces.

Thank you. I wil look for it! Thanks!

Great! The best Halloween Pumpkins models I can find.

What slicer do you use? It seems Slic3r can't generate correct support for these models.

Thanks @e22 !
I use Cura.
Unfortunately I don't know how slic3r works and I cannot help you with this issue.
With Cura I had to rotate them 90 degrees as you can see on the stl files to get a nice support, maybe if you rotate them in another direction it could work out for slic3r.
Anyway, Cura is a freeware slicer, so if you want you can give it a try!

Raft/brim or no raft/brim?

I printed it with a 15 Lines Brim
