Summary

I made it for my 3d Printer SUNHOKEY with e3dv6 Extruder but you can customize it as you want. It-s the V2 of the previous TRIPLE FAN FUN - the most powerful BLOWER V1 > http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:886895

Mainly it's the Blower redesigned, to allow a huge airflow and a proper power.
The gaps are made to blow only on the tip.

Just Print and Assemble!

I attached the blower with the Fan support with ABS glue to prevent shakes and to fix it at the right height forever <3

Solidworks

Solidworks is my favourite software.
I Designed it starting from my extruder and with a calliper.

I made 6 versions and this one is the best ever.

Since the link to Ali doesn´t work I wonder if the blower fan is 40 or 50 mm?

Holy sh*t! I have one of those fans in a torus duct and I can run at max 30% fan speed before my nozzle starts cooling down. How do you manage hotend cool down in this configuration?

You should check your fan duct, it should aim for the plastic, not your nozzle

I added a silicone sleeve and my torus is pointing straight down. I havnt tested my setup in some time but I rarely go beyond 80% nowadays, which feels to me like enough cooling for normal parts without too much detail.
Im still amazed that 3 fans are needed :D

I made one..I have a Prusa I3 where do you connect the 3 fan?

Can you tell me more about the photo of the spiral? I presume it's a test piece for bridging. Where can I download that from and what settings did you use to print it? Did you use supports?

I guess the idea of the triple blower is that you don't need supports for such an overhang.
