Summary

A Y bracket that can be clipped onto your frame then bolted in, so you don't need to take your frame apart to get it on and off.

Also includes an optional mounting point for a mechanical endstop switch. Zip tie or hot glue.

Instructions

Hook onto bottom rod first, then slide over top rod. The slot should be a tight fit so it can't slide off by itself. the washer insets should help with that too.

Did it work with SAE prusa version?

It will, only after modifying configuration.scad for SAE. See my picture for details.

5/16" is 7.9375mm, the difference is so negligible that I'm sure it'll work fine. It's all parametric anyway, so you can resize it if not. I personally use one sized for M6!
