No pictures - but a video.

And of course this is technically a derivative of the clonedel parts. But those seem to have some problems with the temperature of the hotend and the motors...

I am very interested in how you are casting parts with all of the sideways holes. I looked over most of the STLs and am not clear on how you would make molds from them. Do you have any pictures of the process?

P.S. This is technically a derivative of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6788http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... by Open3DP. :)

As we started from scratch with the original Prusa Parts, ist more a derivative of the standard prusa, then of the clonedel parts.

For making the molds, its pretty simple, just pour the silicon over the masters and when demolding carefully cut through the silicon in the holes. This way you can get you masters and the casted parts back out, but the silicon in the holes will snap back into position after demolding. Take a look
at the making-of Video.
