Hey, me again: What did you print the sails on? It looks cool and durable! Cheers

It was some stiff fabric i had around. I printed the images on a piece of paper. Then taped the fabric onto the paper using the printed images to line it up then ran it through the printer again.

Hey, thanks for those parts! I don't quite get what the magnet covers are for... Am I not supposed to glue the bases to the seaside pieces, so that the magnet holes are invisible?
Cheers

The magnet covers are for the magnet under the boat that holds the sail on. all the other magnets are contained when to you glue the bases onto the seaside pieces as you say.

Aaaah, cool, thanks!

I just wanted to say these look amazing and are EXACTLY what I was hoping to find. Thank you for this! I'll be print a set over the next few days, I hope to put up pictures soon! Thank you again.

hey. love your perfect design of the coasts. would you be willing to make a version with integrated magnet base and interlocking snaps?

Do you have a link to an example?

I'm also using the dakanzla tiles, and also interested in your beautiful design but with snaps, would you care to add I file like that?

Catan Border with Snaps for Magnetic Version

What would be th benefit of having magnets as well as snaps?

not all magnets are strong enough to stay in place

How are the magnets integrated, what size are they? Do you have an example?

i am using the tiles from dakanzia

Would you be willing to make sea port tiles to go in seafarers? Like these: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:360187

I like your ports so much better than the original game!

3D Catan Port Water Tile

It's been a while since I've played seafarers. What would you need exactly? Solid water hexes and water hexes with 2 ports?

Solid water isn't necessary, unless you feel it is significantly different than those already out there. I'm mostly interested in a water hex with a port, possibly two ports on one hex.

OK I've made some tiles. Tell me what you think.

That's perfect!! thanks so much.

I don't have access to a 3D printer. Is it possible for you to print the set and I could pay for them?

Is there any way you can split the standard pieces to print on smaller printers?

Thanks

I think if they were cut in half that would work perfect (at least for me) and I can glue later unless it is easy to add an interlocking feature.

Love these to death. Any chance you would put together the extension pieces to make this compatible with the 5-6 player expansion? It would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Withers! Yep I could do that, I'll get onto it some time soon. Cheers

You rock! Luckily they're pretty small compared to the rest of the border pieces.

Here you go, tell me what you think.

Thought I'd get a notification, I'll print them out tonight! Thanks!
