all gt2 clamp are now identical (make same like x y axis)

Where can we see a BOM, and how many of each of the printed parts need to be printed?

What is the print area please?

no problem to add a heated bed

print the part in petg or abs (which hold the glass plate)
put a 5mm aluminium plate, put a 220v heater silicon bed under the alu plate
put a glass plate on the alu plate (with double sided scotch)

print area: 200x200x200

Me again, do you have recommended configurations for the printer?

I made some changes and am using a conventional Z axis but the X,Y axis design is working great so far with Marlin firmware.
I'm really liking the design.

what do you mean by "configurations" ? (cura's setting or something like that ?)

I meant the configurations for the firmware. Things like the acceleration, jerk, stepper speed etc. I have it running nicely but I imagine you have spent more time fine tuning things.

i'm not a big fan of speed optimization (lack of time as well)
i prefere quality instead of speed
i'm happy printing at 70mm/S and travelling at 100mm/s (acc and jerk not modified!)

i 'm busy working on a new small model (a 100mmx100mx100mm) !

Okay thanks, I will try the defaults and see how it goes. Currently I'm running at 50mm\s and 100mm\s travel but It can go faster I'm sure. (I set my acc and jerk much lower on my previous printer and have not changed it back yet so I will try the defaults)

A small model will be great especially if you can make a version that uses the cheap 28byj-48 steppers like the ToyREP printer uses.

i will use nema 17 (still bought!)
but using the 28byj-48 will also be possible with an adaptor plate like this

but the speed is horrible!

Aah yes the adapter should work.
If you do the bipolar hack and run larger pullys the speed should be better. But the torque is quite low so one may have to run 2 motors in place of one nema 17.

Im building a pcb mill at the moment but when thats done I will give the small motors a try.

I'm not sure if I am missing something but how do you fit the 4mm bowden pneumatic fitting to the extruder?

my method
i use a welder iron
i soften the pla (without touching) 15s and quickly, i screw the bowden in the holes

need to improve this maybe, but it work great for me

OK, I think its because my local shops only sell the 1/8" thread fittings I did not know you get M6 threaded ones as well.

by using pulley, you double the resolution and also the weight that you can lift

pour chaque courroies : un bout est replié sur lui même dans la fente en intercalant un bout de pla 1.75; l'autre bout va dans le tendeur

Is it possible to design a LM10UU Linear bearings alternative ? Also it would be nice to have the parts separated since large batches like this are hard to print on my current printer.

Can you attach single part STL files. Your STL grouping will not fit onto my current printer in those layouts.
That and the BOM and id be happy. The design looks good.
