Print Thing TagSummary
I was asked to build some boxes for champagne glasses for my university. They use champagne flutes for university events but the original cardboard boxes are pretty shredded now and don't stack reliably.
This caddy is stackable and carries 24 champagne flutes of 63mm diameter or less. Laser cut from 3mm MDF but you could also use 3mm plywood, or 3mm cast acrylic if you're concerned about wet glasses damaging and weakening the caddy.
More sizes coming soon.

Post-Printing
Step one
Assemble outer walls by putting a long end and a short end together first, then slotting in the base. Add the other short end. You then have to add the final long end but it's not that easy - just try to ease the rounds into the slots and let the base tabs snap in last.
Step two
Assemble the inner dividers. Once they're all together you can drop them as a single unit into the assembled outer. It doesn't matter which way up they go in.
