Wow, this is really a gorgeous clean looking enclosure. Nice work!

3DPrintClean is developing an Odor and Ultrafine Particle filtration attachment for DIY enclosures. Would make a great addition. See http://3dprintclean.com/3dprintclean-scrubber.htm - Disclosure, I am the founder of 3DPrintClean.

do you have a link to the fan mount on you`re extruder?

I believe it's this one http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:30828http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... (with the hole stretched a bit, I think -- the SKP source is somewhere in the Solidoodle forums, can't find it -- to clear the heater block, since my extruder is not ceramic).

Just double-checked (Repetier 0.90C and Slic3r 0.9.10b) and it slices fine, without Netfabb (there are a couple of intersecting triangles, but should be fine). Which version of Sic3r are you using? If you have the Solidoodle-packaged one, it's pretty old, so might be a good idea to upgrade anyway.

I love how this looks however the stl files you uploaded didn't work for me.

I only see 18 layers when I slice. I've printed parts from lawsy and other members with no issues however the stls
just don't seem to work, I even ran them through netfabb and still nothing useable :(

very nice, not needed for my printer (it's the enclosed expert one) but having clear sides would be very nice.
