what all screws do you need for this?

No spring, just direct pressure? Is it hard to get adjusted exactly to the correct tension without a spring?

Not really. Works pretty good. I was looking for a solution to having to turn the little M3's with my fingers... got rough after a while...

There i have M4 ?? Then its OK.
