Hi, i actually found out today that the printed version is not high enough. You als can see it on your pictures. What i see is that you made them exactly the same hight as the orginal size, but because of the hole the motor is lifted for a view millimeters. So instead of beining on the same hight the printed ones are slightly lower. When Louie is flying around in normal mode he just misses the ones on the extra arms. So I think those should be just a view millimeters higher.

hey,
I asked someone to print the big adapter (8_player_loopin_louie_adapter.stl) and it broke on the outer site, after i pressed it on the 2015 edition. Someone else has this problem? Is it possible to someone make it thiner?

best,
carsten

I just saw these being sold on Amazon.DE and thought - those are 3D printed. I wonder if they are from Thingiverse. :-)

Yes i know, i wrote this guy an email. But he ignored that this thing is under the cc license with non commercial use. Furthermore he ignored the "by" . There are a lot to idiots out there, who don't respect the work of other people. And thats a shame.

You might be able to contact Amazon directly and report an infringement, if you want to go through the trouble...

But then, it's probably not worth it either.

Today i added the OpenSCAD file. Use it, change it, have fun with it!

Scad files would be great!

Just a note that these will not work with the original version of the game (1992). Bummer!!!

Yes i know. The 90's version was bigger. I can upload the scad files, so you can modify
it by yourself if you want.

Thank you for the offer. However, I do not have any experience with this type of design. If anyone is able to produce the adapters for the original version that would be awesome.

You can print the short version faster. You don't need the bridged version.
1 Louie_short_adapter_switch.stl
and 3 Louie_short_adapter_switch.stl

Hi is the short Version not mutch easier to print? There is no need to print a big bridge!
Which Version do you recommand?

I added a new version.
