The hood opens by using 2 small steel brads/pins "nails" with heads cut off. holes are in body and hood .

All settings are for makerbot replicator 2 ,
I recommend checking tip to table spacing before builds to achieve good adhesion to the painters tape!
I am planning to design a simple chassis to hold four dragway wheels (complete),
You need to assemble all parts using suitable glue.
You will need 2 pieces of 3mm dowel or metal rod for axles, or print a 3mm rod to length!

The window frames need some trimming on the bottom inner edge, scrape along the corner, then glue to body
Designed a new floor to hold wheels and bucket seats. my printer nozzle sub assembly is playing up a bit and leaked everywhere. I took the head apart and found it had become blocked, also fixed it all and the head blocked again half way through, maybe time for some new parts as the bot was second hand.
