I love the image, but I've tried it on two different printers (Afinia and Rostock), but each one leaves off a wing. (Same wing on both.) I've tried rebuilding the model through Meshmixer, but that didn't help.

Sorry to hear you had trouble. Not sure what the trouble might be. Consider using a different slicer, perhaps? Worst case scenario you can always build the supports yourself using 123d Design or TinkerCAD. Otherwise, split the model in half and print separately and glue back together.
I've only printed this model with the makerbot 2 using what was then called Makerware... now it's called Makerbot Desktop. At least one person has been successful with Kisslicer, perhaps others will leave a note when they are successful printing this out?

There is a spot on the left wing that doesn't quite intersect with the body, making it non-manifold. Some slicers can correct the wing, but others just remove it.

I attempted to print this a few times but had some trouble getting the eyes right. Was using Kisslicer. Thank you for the cute Penguin model!
