My first print fit perfectly but I had a problem and only got 7 or 8 cm high. My second one didn't fit into the top groove of the taz 6. So I used my dremel and filed down that corner. It fit like a dream after that.

I printed this, and it fits. The top rail of my TaZ6 is 20mm square exactly. To fit the caddy you insert the upper clip into the top or teh rail and the lower clip just slides under the bottom of the rail. Check that you haven't somehow converted to inches if you live in the one part of the world that still stupidly uses inches and feet.

Doesn't fit my Taz 6, what did I do wrong?

I just tried printing this as-is for my Taz 6 and it also does not seem to fit. When the top lip is slid into the top channel of the Taz 6 frame, the bottom portion does not extend far enough for me to clip it on...

That's a bit vague friend.

The dimensions as downloaded will not fit on a Taz 6. Is there a file I am missing or does the print need to be scaled up to fit to the Taz 6, and if so, by what percentage? Does it need to be placed on a different spot on the Taz 6? Do I need to remove a support and slide it on?

Does this rattle or affect the machine at all?

No, it's very secure and very handy

can this really be printed with no support?
