Can both A
&
amp; B files be Outline layers or should one be a cool layer? Thanks!

I'm not sure I know what you're asking?

I mean when you merge the A
&
amp; B STL files for DualStrusion inside ReplicatorG. Does it matter which type of layer one of them is? (Cool layer means top, outline layer means bottom.) I guess my real question is are all of the files touching the build surface?

It shouldn't matter.

Nice. Does this part print out in one print? If so, how are you combining the gcode - I assume you are Skeinforging the two parts separately? If there's a discussion thread somewhere, can you point me to that. Thanks!

The combining scripts are a part of RepG, and essentially combine two generated gcode files layer by layer.

Nice, really good results you are getting. The combined surfaces look very smooth. Envy.
