I couldn't get this to print properly for the life of me. No matter what I did (glue, hairspray, etc) the first layer slid off. My other prints are fine. I don't get it at all.

I can sympathize, I had a lot of trouble printing this initially as well. I would recommend slowing your print speed down as low as your printer will tolerate (at least for the first layer), and then experimenting with extruder temperature and filament type. I got this to work with soft PLA from matterhackers.com at 220C printed at 20 mm/s on a cold glass bed covered with a thin layer of glue stick, but i'm sure it's possible with other filaments, regular PLA or ninjaflex should work fine too. Don't give up!

I will try this. Thank you! This is such a great design. I really want to get it to work.
