This is a forced cooling enclosure i created to suit the Gen 6 electronics.
The fan duct is glued onto the main cover as im too lazy to change it to a snap on, plus glued could have several advantages.

The cover snaps onto the base and a 40mm fan is attached to the fan duct.
This creates a wider higher pressure flow of air for cooling in the important places.

It provides good forced cooling keeping the board cool.


Print all 3 parts.
Mount base under Gen 6 PCB
Glue fan duct to main cover
Mount fan
Snap cover onto base.
Connect all electrical connections on Gen 6 board.

I recommend adding some holes for your allen key to get through the cover s.t. you can secure your screws/bolts

I dont think allen key holes are required.

My thoughts on assembly are that the cover base and circuit board would be fastened in position before putting the cover on.

Hi Logzy. Nice cover for the Gen6 electronics. I'm using a 25mm fan so varied the fan ducting slightly.
