Summary

Wanted something that would print /fast/ with firmwares that have lookahead acceleration, however this turned out to be a better exercise of bridging algorithms and settings

I took inspiration from many of the other vertices here on thingiverse but ultimately hacked up the vertex in prusa's repository

UPDATED 9 November
Posted updated scad, and M8 STL

UPDATED 14 November
Added a block between horizontal and vertical holes, for extra stiffness when installed.

Triffid--looks good. I may pump a few of these out shortly!

Are these 8mm threaded rod holes? After printing it, they look more like 6mm in diameter. I'll have a look to the openscad source.

This part is all a test to bridge printing!

hm, might be M6, I do use M6 threads on my printer

hint: if you turn off 'infill in direction of bridge' and set the infill angle to 120, the first bridge layer should be in the proper direction.

The current STL has M8 holes
